GoFundMe Rewards – How It Works
Eligibility for Rewards
To be eligible for rewards, donors must:
✅ Provide your full name (as you want it displayed).
✅ Provide a valid email address (for digital rewards and call scheduling).
✅ Complete your donation and allow time for processing and verification.
Once your donation is received and verified, I will personally reach out via email to deliver your rewards and coordinate any additional benefits.
Reward Tiers & Fulfillment Process
🔹 BASIC (Under $20 Donation)
Reward:
Your name will be added to the "Basic Supporter List" on my website within 7 business days.
Added to the thank-you post made on my personal LinkedIn page within 14 business days.
📌 How it works:
No further action required after donation, except providing your name and email address.
Your name will be displayed on the Basic Supporters List on my website.
Rules/Restrictions:

Your support is extremely appreciated, no matter how big or small. This tier is meant to acknowledge even the smallest contributions, and while it may not come with direct engagement, it’s an important way for me to thank you for helping my business grow!
🔹 LEVEL 1 ($20+ Donation)
Reward:
Everything from the Basic tier.
Your name added to the "Level 1 Supporter List" on my website.
A thank-you post on my personal LinkedIn page.
One (1) business call with me (scheduled after donation verification).
A personalized thank-you email (sent after verification).
📌 How it works:
After your donation, I’ll send a thank-you email with a link to schedule your call.
Calls will last up to 30 minutes and can be conducted via Google Meet or phone call.
Calls must be scheduled within 60 days of receiving your thank-you email.
Missed calls may be rescheduled once.
Rules/Restrictions:

Only one reschedule allowed for missed calls.
If you miss your call a second time, it will be forfeited.
Notes:
I value your time and want to make the most of our business call. Scheduling within 60 days ensures we’re both able to connect at a time that works for us.
One reschedule per call is allowed because I want to ensure everyone gets a chance to talk, and too many missed calls would slow down the process for others.
🔹 LEVEL 2 ($50+ Donation)
Reward:
Everything from Level 1.
Your name added to the "Level 2 Supporter List" on my website.
A shoutout on my business Instagram story within 14 business days.
A thank-you post on my business LinkedIn page.
Three (3) business calls with me (scheduled after donation verification).
📌 How it works:
Same as Level 1, but with an additional shoutout on my business Instagram and LinkedIn post.
After your donation is verified, I will send a follow-up email to schedule your three calls at your convenience.
Calls must be scheduled within 60 days of receiving the scheduling email.
Missed calls are subject to the same reschedule policy as Level 1.
Rules/Restrictions:

Only two reschedules allowed for missed calls.
If you miss your calls twice, they will be forfeited.
Notes:
This tier allows three chances to connect, which is more personal and gives you more time for business discussions.
The 60-day window and two reschedules help me keep everything organized and make sure that both I and other donors get the time we deserve.
🔹 LEVEL 3 ($100+ Donation)
Reward:
Everything from Level 2.
Your name added to the "Level 3 Supporter List" on my website.
Five (5) business calls with me (scheduled after donation verification).
A thank-you post on both my personal and business LinkedIn pages.
📌 How it works:
Same as Level 2, but with five calls instead of three.
You’ll also receive an additional LinkedIn post recognizing your support.
Calls must be scheduled within 60 days of receiving the follow-up email.
Missed calls are subject to the reschedule policy as described in previous tiers.

Only two reschedules allowed for missed calls.

Notes:
The five calls give you plenty of time to discuss your ideas or get advice about business growth.
Having two reschedules is a way to balance scheduling flexibility while still being able to provide time to others.
🔹 LEVEL 4 ($250+ Donation)
Reward:
Everything from Level 3.
A private strategy call (deep dive into business, entrepreneurship, or advice).
Your name or business name featured on my first ATM design, along with a short personal message from you.
📌 How it works:
After your donation is verified, I will reach out to coordinate your strategy call and discuss the ATM placement details.
Submit your name or business name and personal message within 30 days of receiving the email to be featured on the ATM.
You will receive email confirmation once your name or message is placed on the ATM design.

Calls must be scheduled within 60 days of receiving the follow-up email.
Only two reschedules allowed for missed calls.
If you miss your calls twice, they will be forfeited.
ATM name/message must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the follow-up email.
Notes:
This strategy call gives you an exclusive, deeper dive into your business needs or personal goals.
The ATM placement is a permanent mark of your contribution, so it's important that you submit your name/message within 30 days so everything is set up correctly.

Yes! You can select how your name appears—whether it’s your full name, a nickname, or a business name. I will send you a form after your donation is verified to gather this information.
5️⃣ What happens if I miss my scheduled call?
If you miss a scheduled call without prior notice, you may reschedule once.
If you miss it a second time, the call will be forfeited.

Name Restrictions for Website & ATM
1. Professional/Business Names
Allowed: Business names, brand names, or your full name if you're representing your business personally.
Not Allowed: Any offensive, inappropriate, or illegal names (including slurs, hate speech, or content promoting violence).
Why:
Your business image is important, and I want to ensure that your support is reflected positively and professionally. Keeping things respectful also ensures no legal issues arise from inappropriate content.
2. Personal Names (for individuals)
Allowed: Any first name, last name, or nickname as long as it's respectful and complies with community guidelines.
Not Allowed: Names associated with offensive content, harmful behavior, or anything that could be misleading or could cause confusion (e.g., fake names or names promoting illegal activities).
Why:
We want to respect everyone’s privacy while showing appreciation, so I’ll avoid names that could be linked to inappropriate behavior. It’s about building a positive, inclusive community of supporters.
3. Offensive, Derogatory, or Inflammatory Names
Not Allowed: Any names that involve profanity, hate speech, or anything inflammatory that might make others feel uncomfortable.
Why:
It’s important to keep the ATM’s public image and the website as a safe space for all individuals. Negative language or offensive content can reflect poorly on your support and tarnish the community spirit.
4. Use of Personal Information (Sensitive or Private Data)
Not Allowed: Sharing full addresses, phone numbers, or personal data without consent.
Why:
For privacy and safety reasons, I want to ensure that your personal information is not shared inappropriately. It’s crucial to protect your privacy, and this helps prevent any potential misuse of sensitive details.
5. Pseudonyms or Anonymous Donations
Allowed: Pseudonyms or initials (if the donor prefers anonymity) but still respectful.
Not Allowed: Completely anonymous donations where no name is provided, as this impacts recognition for rewards.
Why:
I respect your desire for privacy. You can still use a pseudonym or initials to show support while maintaining anonymity. This is simply to make sure you're still acknowledged for your contribution.
6. Short Messages (for ATM Placement)
Allowed: Short messages like “Thank you for your support!” or a business-related message.
Not Allowed: Long, personal, or promotional messages that could distract or cause issues with ATM design.
Why:
The ATM design should remain simple and professional, and long or overly personal messages may not fit the design aesthetic or cause confusion. It’s also important to avoid any advertising that could be seen as spammy.
